Sumter County, Florida has two open use repeaters that are owned and operated by the Sumter County Office of Emergency Management. The Hog County Amateur Radio Association also owns a repeater that serves Sumter County but is located just north in Summerfield, Florida. There are several other repeaters that are in the area and are listed as well.
KS4EOC Repeater – 146.925 (-) with a PL: 123.0 located in Sumterville, FL. ** Please note this repeater has been replaced with a Yaesu Fusion System Repeater. It still works on Analog / FM however; you need to put the PL: 123.0 in for both Encode and Decode, otherwise you will here Digital Hash “squelch” when people are talking on the digital side. ** This repeater is accessible via the AllStar Network at Node Number 47485# as well as EchoLink at WV1TPR-R or Node No. 955800.
KI4DYE Repeater – 145.490 (-) with a PL: 123.0 located in Bushnell, FL Note, this repeater is accessible via the AllStar Network at Node Number 40487 and via EchoLink at KX4LEO-R or Node Number 297091.
K4HOG Repeater – 147.030 (+) with a PL: 123.0) located in Summerfield, FL. Note, this repeater is accessible via the AllStar Network at Node Numer 49829 and via EchoLink at K4VEB-R or Node Number 294541.

Tuesday’s High Noon Net – every Tuesday at 12:00 PM ET on the K4HOG Repeater of 147.030. This net is open to all amateurs who can hit the repeater which is usually between 30 – 50 miles of Summerfield, Florida where the repeater is located. This is a multi-purpose net; Traders Net, Technical Net, Informational Net, and general Rag Chew. Friday Free for All Net – every Friday evening at 8:00 PM ET on the K4HOG Repeater of 147.030.
